Background
My name is Andy Hutchins and I create websites. Seven Layers Design is the name I chose for my freelancing business. I live and work in Knoxville, TN. I have always had a passion for all things web related and that passion is what drives me to constantly push myself to greater heights as both a designer and a developer. I started designing websites at the age of 15. By pushing myself to always learn more, I am able to provide effective websites for your organization that use the latest technologies in web development.

Hobbies
I enjoy learning new technologies and more specifically web technologies. Aside from all the techie stuff, I also enjoy flying radio controlled helicopters and playing guitar. I have recently started playing golf again. I also enjoy most of the 'board' sports (ie. snowboarding, skateboarding, wakeboarding, etc).
